The Fullmer Legacy Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all donors who make online donations, mail financial donations and all donors of material donations. What information does FLF collect?

FLF collects and stores your personal information collected when you make an online donation. 

What does FLF do with your personal information?

Your personal information is used to process your donation.  It is also used to print receipts. A FLF staff may communicate with you via the email you provided during the donation. 

Does FLF share any personal information it collects with outside parties?

FLF does not sell or share any personal information.  We also do not send mailings, emails or texts on behalf of other organizations.

Does FLF safeguard my personal information?

FLF has implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind a secure network and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights. The FLF maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state standards to safeguard your nonpublic personal information, including the prompt disposal of all unnecessary customer information.
